In 2011 St James (part of the Berkeley Group) approached us to help document their new development as part of Nine Elms in Central London and, over the past five years, we have since worked with every brand under the Berkeley Group banner.
The residential specialists principally use our years of experience capturing networked time-lapse photography on sites across the country, including in London for St Edward, St George and St William, along with St James.
These long-term projects need very careful management, which we provide with on-going site monitoring as well as periodic, fully post-produced time-lapse videos. Our bespoke camera systems can withstand the particularly harsh and varied weather conditions we experience in the UK, operating faultlessly in both the extreme summer heat waves and wet, cold and snowy conditions the winter can bring.
All our team are fully trained and hold the relevant qualifications – including CSCS, IPAF, Pasma and more – to undertake any on-site video work and photography safely. Our strategic placement of camera systems also allows us to achieve beautiful panoramic shots not accessible by means of traditional photography methods, ideal for the cramp surroundings of London.
We had two fully managed time-lapse camera systems in situ when the initial ground clearance works began. As well as covering the long-term works with these (and strategically repositioning them across the year-and-a-half build period) we also used a number of different tools to increase the value of the final edit.
