Installation for landmark project on Regent Street and Haymarket
INTERNATIONAL infrastructure group Balfour Beatty has been awarded the St James’s Market contract for The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties.
The project – currently under construction – is set to deliver 260,000sq ft of retail and commercial facilities over two eight storey buildings. Situated between Regent Street and Haymarket, it is part of a landmark scheme.
Construction work of this nature, in the heart of one of the busiest and most prestigious locations in the capital, requires great specialism and Balfour Beatty were chosen for their track record and capabilities to deliver world class services of this type.
We were therefore delighted to be chosen to work with Balfour Beatty on this project and to deliver the very best in ultra high definition time-lapse and site monitoring services.
We have installed and now operate two of our camera systems, which have been customised to best match the nature of the location and the client’s requirements. Our camera systems allow both Balfour Beatty and their clients to view the Regent Street and Haymarket site 24/7 in the best possible quality.
Each month we also supply bespoke editing, which provides periodic and full documentation of progress on site.
The project will be complete in 2015, whereupon we will produce a final series of edits of the highest quality to show the entire project from two strategic positions.
